To Ensure a Safe and Inclusive Campus Environment

To create and maintain a secure, respectful, and inclusive atmosphere for all students, especially women and marginalized groups, free from harassment, discrimination, or abuse.

To Address Complaints with Fairness and Confidentiality

To receive, examine, and resolve complaints of sexual harassment or gender-based discrimination in a timely, transparent, and confidential manner, ensuring justice for all parties involved.

To Promote Awareness on Gender Sensitization

To organize awareness programs, seminars, and workshops on gender equality, legal rights, and respectful behavior, particularly aimed at sensitizing first-generation learners and staff.

To Empower Students through Information and Support

To educate students, especially female students, about their rights and available redressal mechanisms, and provide psychological and legal support whenever necessary.

To Uphold UGC and Legal Guidelines on Women’s Safety

To implement and monitor all guidelines and protocols issued by UGC and government bodies related to the prevention and redressal of harassment, ensuring institutional accountability.
