SibaniMandalMahavidyalaya aims to transform into a digitally enabled, skill-development oriented, research-supportive, community-driven Higher Educational Institution serving the Sundarban coastal society.
The Plan focuses on:

- Establishment of Smart Classrooms in three departments.
- Library Modernisation including automation modules and e-resource integration.
- Construction of Rainwater Harvesting Unit to support water sustainability.
